Mr. Lin graduated from Guangdong University of Technology in 2006, majoring in electronic science and technology. So far, he has 16 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. He obtained the patent attorney qualification certificate in 2009. Mr. Lin is engaged in Chinese and international patent applications in the fields such as machinery, computer, electronics and optics, reply to Office Actions, patent search and consulting, patent early warning analysis, patent invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative investigation and handling and patent infringement litigation.

Mr. Lin is an intellectual property mentor employed by the Intellectual Property Association of Guangzhou Development Zone.
