Mr. Qian graduated from the Law Department of Lanzhou University in 2002, and hold the second degree in computer science and technology. Mr. Qian was the deputy director of commercial law office of CCPIT Zhejiang Sub-council (Zhejiang international chamber of commerce), was selected to the “national list of 1,000 foreign-related lawyers" of Justice Department in 2018. Mr. Qian is the practical tutor in Law School of Zhejiang University.
